Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization.
This role will work closely with our HR team to support the hiring process, onboarding, and retention of employees.
This role will also assist with the administrative duties of the office and other tasks as needed.
This position is based in our office in Arlington Community schools.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of HR functions preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work with diverse groups of people from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.
Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
