Work Hours
Friday to Sunday
6:00 am - 6:30 pm
The Senior Maintenance Service Specialist will perform CNC and manual maintenance and repairs at our manufacturing plant at our Arlington location.
Essential Duties
Performs troubleshooting by starting equipment and evaluating mechanical, hydraulic and electrical unit and controls to determine source of malfunction
Uses blueprints, machine specifications, and schematic drawings to determine repair procedures
Removes and replaces defective units, controls, or components
Tests and repairs components such as PC boards, power supplies, and controls stations with oscilloscopes, VOM's, logic probes under the supervision of the Senior Equipment Maintenance
Technician III
Adjusts sensitive electrical, thermal, and timing devices to specifications
Starts repaired and/or new equipment to verify readiness for operation
Complies with all health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and job hazard analyses applicable to specified job activities; including medical evaluations as required by job function
Completes all required HSE training
Drive to local vendors for repair parts and supplies
Must have valid driver's license
Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment
Performs general painting
Assist with repairs and overhauls of equipment
Assist outside contractors, i.e.: fire systems, insurance inspectors, etc
Maintain shop equipment
Assists Maintenance Inventory Planner to maintain stock of operating supplies
Trains Level II technicians
Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology preferred OR 4 plus years' machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must have valid driver's license.
Must obtain fork lift license.
Must be proficient in soldering, welding and fabricating.
Should have VOM, clamp on Ammeter, Hammers, pliers and wrenches

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
